* 3 cm Kunyit
* 3 biji Kemiri

Cara membuat :

* Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan minyak goreng beserta kayu manis, cengkeh, daun jeruk, daun kunyit dan daun sereh hingga harum dan matang.
* Masukkan ayam, tumis dengan bumbu hingga ayam setengah matang.
* Tambahkan santan encer, kecilkan api, masak hingga kuah tinggal sedikit.
* Tambahkan santan kental masak kembali hingga kuah mulai mengering, angkat dinginkan.
* Setelah dingin lumuri seluruh permukaan ayam dengan sisa kuah yang mengering kemudian bakar hingga agak kekuningan.

biduk di langit masih kering tertawa
melihat aku yang tetap bercumbu dengan khayal
menariki kata dalam balutan puisi
membingkaikan rasa dalam bait

puisi adalah aku
aku bercinta dengan kata
dan merangkai menjadi satu kenangan indah
dekapan kalimat panjang membuai mesra diriku
kutemukan ada detak lemah setia berdenyut
diberinya aku hembusan nafas
aku menikmati saat diriku tertulis, terlukis
dalam abadinya makna-makna tersimpan

aku adalah puisi
yang di rentang panjangnya hidup
kugubah realita menjadi sepatah sajak, selagu nada
dari seurut nadi, aku mencipta kerangka jiwa
dimana guratan-guratan hatiku tercetak
menandai tonggak di jenjangan umurku

duniaku terbentuk oleh suratan pena
berbisik tentang rindu, tentang haru
bercanda tentang cinta, tentang rasa
bercerita tentang tawa, tentang duka

aku adalah puisi
